D Hammond’s Small Works and Maintenance Division provides a 24/7, 365 day a year Reactive and Planned Maintenance service to ensure your property is well maintained and meets all current safety legislation. This will be for works regardless of how large or small they may be. We maintain single, multiple and manned sites.
Services are provided for single floors within buildings, through to complete head office buildings.
Emergency repairs are dealt with efficiently and to a high standard. D Hammond’s small works and maintenance division and Darenth Valley Building Services can prepare Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules for all Fabric Works required within a building. A PPM schedule details routine maintenance and repair works and are implemented at the appropriate times either daily / weekly / monthly or yearly to even out the annual maintenance costs. In addition, we will encourage our customers to implement this Schedule to reduce the need for emergency repairs.
